A Northwest Indiana native, Andrew specializes in helping people sell their property as quickly as possible without the hassles normally involved. In the process, he finds houses to rehab and resell, or to keep as rentals. He is always looking for other experienced investors to share deals or partner with as well.
Andrew has been interested in property investing since he was young, and active in real estate since purchasing his first rental in 2014. After working in his family construction business as an operations manager and an estimator for over a decade, Andrew is now able to use his construction and sales experience in his real estate business every day.
After being buried in debt himself at one time, and choosing to sell his personal residence to pay off these debts, Andrew knows firsthand the need to get the highest value you can for your home. Today, he loves meeting with potential sellers, getting to know their needs and goals, and helping them though that process with integrity. Andrew lives in Cedar Lake, and enjoys being involved at church as well as traveling with his wife and five children.
